The files for download available at this site (including the program WHQEvent) can be copied and distributed freely, provided no files are altered. I make no guarentees for the performance of, or effect on any system due to the use of the software available (WHQEvent). It is to be used at your own risk. Many hours have been spent trouble shooting for stable performance, but it is impossible to test this for all configurations.
